For the Pizza base:
100g broccoli florets chopped finely in a food processor
1 large egg
3 tbsp of buckwheat flour
2 tsp of flaxseed
Salt and pepper to season
Mix the ingredients together until dough forms. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Oil slightly. Take the dough and shape into a ball. Flatten with your palm on tray. Take a spoon and spread the dough with the back of the spoon until dough becomes thin evenly. Bake for 15 ins at 200°. Turn over and add toppings. Bake for another 15 minutes. Finish last five under the grill.
